OOTD: Brampton
Hey loves!
So, I have actually just posted a full blog on mine and Kane’s trip to Brampton, incase you haven’t already seen it and would like to see it have a nosey here! However, I thought I would put this together separately to show you what I decided to wear.
In my opinion boys & girls, when spending the night in a log cabin that requires a two hour drive to get to, there are only two things you need to consider – comfort & warmth🐣
Black timbs are my go-to whenever I know I’m going somewhere with the potential of getting muddy, and considering we were staying in a log cabin in the middle of a field, they seemed pretty appropriate! Yes they’re a lil pricey but they really do last a life time, I used to live in mine when I worked at MAC because they’re so comfy & of course they still get lots of use now.
Leggings are perfect when you want to be comfy, but Oh Polly double layered leggings also add to the warmth factor! They really are the best quality leggings I’ve ever had, but the sizing can be a little iffy sometimes so I switch between an 8 & a 10.
I wasn’t really fussed about what top to wear because I knew I’d be throwing on my puffer coat from Bershka, which I seem to get so many questions about! Probably the best £30ish I’ve ever spent considering I get so much use out of it, it’s honestly like living in a bubble. I can’t seem to find it on the site anymore (possibly an autumn/winter thing?) but there’s a similar one here incase you’re interested. As for the top, that’s from Missguided aka one of my fave places to splurge online! You can find it here, there’s only a couple left in stock but they have lots of similar styles on the site.
And that my friends, is pretty much all there is to it! Simple but cozy. As I mentioned in my first post on Brampton, we’re taking another trip to Cumbria this coming week for two nights instead of one, so let me know below what you would wear on a trip like this yourself!
